Fixed #2278 wherein toolbar icons still were not appearing. Fixed #2280 which crashed when matches made on "a/b" formatted searches. Fixed #2307 wherein entries whose properties (e.g, labels, flags, etc.) were never set and entriees which were set and then reset to the default value (e.g., none, 0, unflagged, etc) would sort differently in the entries view. Changed internal version number per Dave Dribin's recommendation. Enabled extra-strict warnings and modified code until the warnings went away.
